MK - Liberty Tree Epcot - Via Napoli/Teppan Edo AK - Tusker House HS - Sci-Fi Dine in** (With the current state of the park I would suggest skipping the meal here and close your day in Disney Springs at any number of places or at a resort)
MK: Be Our Guest AK: Yak & Yeti Epcot: Coral Reef (though being a vegan I resent the concept of eating while watching your food swimming) DHS: Don't like eating at DHS, but I'll pick Sci-fi Dine-in for the ambience
Good to note you are vegan dll
second star to the right and straight on till morning

And let me tell you it is way easier to eat good vegan food in WDW than in Buenos Aires! I was amazed by the good food I got there, and when I start researching I've find out that I hadn't even scratch the surface...

Boy do I have a list for next month...
Disney is extremely accommodating....I am allergic to both onions and garlic and I've never lacked having a wonderful meal at disney

agreed. And for the most surprising part, I've almost always ate at quick service locations!

I just did this for a friend -
I combined the experience and food rating to the best average
(10/10 is best score - 0/10 is worst )
EPCOT - Le Cellier - Great food (9/10) and the experience is great (6/10) - Lunch : Sunshine Seasons Animal Kingdom - Tusker House - Very good food for a buffet, quality is tremendous. (7/10) and experience (7/10) - Lunch Flame Tree BBQ DHS - Sci-Fi - I think the food is better at the Brown Derby, but the uniqueness of the Sci Fi diner makes it the best choice. Food (7/10) experience (8/10) - Lunch - Brown Derby - outside MK - Not a big fan of any sit down at the MK While I don't hate Tony's and have had to good experiences in a row there, Crystal Palace because of the characters. food (5/10) experience (7/10) - But I gave her a caviot- Taking the short monorail to Ohana is a much better choice. food(8/10) experience (7/10) It can be done without messing up your day. Get an earlier reservation like 4:30 and then return to MK afterwards. It breaks your day down too. Same could be said about 1900 Park Fare , you can make it there quickly from MK. food (7/10) experience (8/10) - Lunch in MK - Columbia Harbor House is awesome.
My favorite restaurants are all out of the parks :

From my perspective to what I see our forum members love, I can see that some meals are so much more enjoyable than others. It all depends on several things like the cast member if he or she is having a good day, Then the offerings if the chef cooked everything the way you want it which includes the taste and presentation. I knew some of the places we totally disliked must have good food, we were just in the wrong place at the wrong time. Otherwise there is no way Disney would keep them open.
try Hollywood and Vine it's a buffet and plenty of choices besides meat. We have never tried Sci-fi Dine in, maybe the next trip.
Maybe it is prejudice, but I'm completely against buffets on a Disney vacation... don't think my energy would be the same after eating too much
to tell you the truth, more than once I completely forgot to eat my lunch till 5 or 6pm...
We sometimes pick the buffets because having two young grandsons in tow, it's nice for the selection. Usually we shoot for breakfast and have tried Chef Mickeys and Crystal Palace. The nice thing is the selection of light items. One grandson would literally eat his weight in fresh fruit! Oh, and a couple of Mickey waffles!
If you want a 6 & 7 year olds pick, they would do breakfast at Chef amickeys every morning!

One thing I've learned in this last trip (At Whispering Canyon Cafe) is that you MUST have at least one meal at one of those restaurants were waiters are in character, It was hilarious

I completely agree and I believe that is what makes Whispering Canyon and Hoop-Dee-Doo Musical Revue and The Diamond Horseshoe (the older set-up before they redid it) so much fun.

Spot on! I went to the Diamond Horseshoe on my first trip to DW. We loved it! And the HDD Muscial Revue is just a ball of fun with good food to boot. WC is on my list.
