You'll be there before me, drwadadli!  Always planning but no trip in sight at the moment.  Life keeps getting in the way!  That's one reason I love boards like this!!!  

Gus Gus, I am not trying to force you into something you are not able to do. But, we went to Disney as much as we could, even when we could not afford it. The way we looked at it is, lets enjoy today with our children and worry about tomorrow when we have to.

I never thought I would end up disabled, I always figured I would work until I was dead, oh well, some of the best laid plans of mice and men oft go astray. 

We would do it all over again the same way if we could.

Good advice disneymike. Glad you were able to get to your happy place so often! My job does limit when I can go and I know I could never handle the summer! At the moment my family would like to try a different adventure. I'm game, but will miss the magic! I'll go again ...and hopefully again and again, just not sure when.

GusGus, I'm not sure how good my advice is, it worked for us and just may not work for anyone else.

In my last job, my boss who wanted to be a boss, insisted I check with him before booking reservations. Now how can you get someone's okay on dates and then try to book them.

I booked the dates I was able to get better deals, booked the flight then told him I was going on vacation.  We always seemed to not get along for some reason. LOL 

Our son is always telling us to do something different also. It's hard to teach old dogs new tricks.
