Never tried it, but found this recipe and might need to try it:

2 parts SKYY Infusions pineapple vodka

1 part Frangelico

4 parts pina colada mix (3 parts pineapple juice/2 part Coco Lopez - blended in a blender together before being added to this drink).

Pour into a shaker over ice and add the juice from half a lemon (no seeds please); shake and strain into a martini glass

Sounds good to me!! Definitely need to try it! Whoever tries it first needs to report back. Ready? Go!

Not a favorite for me but I know many people like Mimosas. Well, The Wave at CR is currently offering "All-You-Care-To-Enjoy" Mimosa (bottomless mimosas) with their breakfast buffet. Current price is $16.00 but I wouldn't be surprised to see that price increase if this is popular.

It sounds delicious but am looking for the recipe to try it at home. It is marketed as 24 oz of alcohol but I am not sure if that is true as the glass looks like a 24-ounce glass so therefore (with ice) there would be less than 24 ounces.
