Haven't eaten at Tutto Italia but we enjoyed our meal at Mama Melrose as part of the Fantasmic Package.  I do remember waiting for a few minutes for our ADR and the waiting area was very crowded.  Shared calamari and caesar salad for starters.  Our entrees were Margherita Flatbread, gnocchi (which I don't see on the menu anymore) and cheese pizza from the kid's menu.  Shared the dessert trio even though we were stuffed!  No complaints except we ate too much!!!  

both are fantastic, Tutto has a more fancy atmosphere, make sure you try the green olives they bring out, pits inside so eat around them.

Cannoli's for desert are worth waiting for.

Mama Melrose has it's own atmosphere which is very nice, maybe more of a relaxing time for large families.

If I could only eat at one, I would pick Tutto. Glad we usually eat at both so that decision doesn't have to be made.

The other day my daughter made her first dining reservations for Sept. she picked Via Napoli over both.

What ever you pick, just enjoy it, relax and take it all in.
