Disney Parks Blog announced that DLR will be adding to attractions to their list of FASTPASS attractions --- Toy Story Mania and Matterhorn Bobsled. Disney will also be introducing MaxPass which will allow guests to "maximize their experience by providing unlimited downloads of their high-resolution PhotoPass images and by enabling the convenience of mobile booking and redemption of Disney FASTPASS return times – all by using the Disneyland App." The new MaxPass will cost $10.00/day. For those that aren't interested in paying for this, FASTPASSES can still be obtained to current way by going to FASTPASS kiosks throughout the parks.

DLR is a much smaller park then youre used too. Smaller park, smaller crowd although the density can be an issue. That being said, during peak times, I can see the value. Rides can be a 60 min wait easily. I suggest downloading an app that has wait times. I plan my trips during off seasons so I typically dont experience the wait times others do. Then again, Im only 6 hours by car away.

Wow at WDW we get these for free. Wait... Fast passes are free. Photopass I get free with Annual pass.
