**I am updating the original question to include my review of Shutters. **We tried Shutters during our last trip to WDW. The food was good, and the staff was great at helping navigate the food allergy in our group. The only draw back was our table wasn't far off of the main QS dining area, which made it loud, at best. But from what I understand, this restaurant is part of the remodeling project at the resort. Hopefully there will be a way to "shutter" out a little of the background noise in the plans. This restaurant has that appearance/atmosphere of a wanting to be nice quiet retreat from the world. I hope they can achieve that goal. But....back to the food....I had the "Taste of the Caribbean - Petite Filet of Beef Tenderloin, Warm Water Lobster, Sweet Potato-Plantain Mash, and Guavaberry Demi"- it was very good and the steak was perfect.
I am sorry I am no help here. I hadn't heard of it until you said something but after checking out the menu, I want to try it.
It's at our resort this year. My daughter wanted a Resort day and we decided to add it to the list. I guess I will be the first of the forum to try it out.

It has been a few years, and I am not what you can call an experimental eater, but we ate there a few years back.
Pros: They had one of the best prepared steaks I have eaten on property, and I eat 2-3 steaks per trip.
Cons: They were S L O W there were only 3 tables when we went and it took 10 minutes to seat us. Really!
We did not have high expectations as it was a last minute add on for a last minute resort day, but other than the slowness we were pleased with the restaurant. The food was good - we were on the dining plan so cost was not an issue. The servers were friendly. The drinks were good!!!! We would do it again on a resort day.
