What, in your opinion, is on your "Must Do" List while visiting Hollywood Studio?
My Must-Do's at HS include Rock'n Roller Coaster, Toy Story Mania, The Great Movie Ride, Peanutbutter and Jelly Shake and Fantasmic. My daughter would add anything Star Wars! Used to include the Animation Academy, but sadly, that is no more.
Well I have to give a shout out for the best bar at HS....Prime Time 50s cafe....been going there regularly for at least 8 years now and love David, Julie, Alena and Tony....know them all to the point I know most of their weekly schedules.....if you stop in tell them Cathie and daughters sent you

We love the 50's Prime Time Cafe! It is always on our must-do list. The atmosphere is fun and the comfort food reminds me of being wrapped in a blanket. The bar is pretty darn good too. I have all names listed for our next visit.

Okay to answer the doc first, yes, Walt Disney- One Mans Dream was so worth it, the last time we saw it they changed the movie to show a new film clip, if they bring back Walt's movie definitely do it after all it all started with a mouse.
Our favorite restaurant is Hollywood and Vine (even with the characters) and Mama Melrose, 50's prime time is also good and fun at times.
Rides- Star Tours, Great Movie Ride, and Toy Story which my daughter and I did for the first time in December.
Show's - Beauty and the Beast, Indiana Jones.
This is not one of our favorite parks we only do it for our children (adults now) it is a favorite for eating thou.
On our first and only visit to Via Napoli in EPCOT my wife's pizza was burned, my pasta was terrible, only our daughter liked her dinner our son was insulated by the waiter when he complained about the food. The only reason I did not grab him by the throat was I was not sure he meant it the way he said it and didn't want to be thrown out of the park (it was very close).
The next day we had Mama Melrose, it was hot, really hot outside. Our waiter gave us our soda's and bread, never put the order in, we were sitting there just enjoying being cool and relaxing. Then he realized he didn't order our food, he had the manager come over and apologize to us and gave us a special pass for any ride we wanted and more bread and soda's while we waited. We actually had a nice time just relaxing and having family time together while waiting for the food that was not coming. LOL When the food finally arrived he came over to apologize and we talked for a long while. He also gave us extra deserts and was so polite. He got a larger than usual tip for giving us family time to relax and enjoy our vacation.
Since then we have asked for him to be our server, he says he remembers us, maybe he does maybe he doesn't but it is all the magic of Disney.
