I thought there was one. So, I guess the other restaurants will follow suit? I could have use it the day the grandsons broke bad at The Crystal Palace....

Did anyone see the e mail from Disney Dining about lifting the ban on alcohol starting Dec. 23 at Magic Kingdom?
Wasn't there one place you could buy alcohol in MK?
Yes. Be Our Guest.
But after the new year, you will able to buy alcohol at Cinderella's Royal Table, Liberty Tree Tavern, Tony's Town Square and Skipper Canteen. I am guessing that they figured out that by servicing alcohol at Be Our Guest, guests were becoming rude and drunk and ruining the image of the MK so therefore they will offer it at more places. I heard that alcohol at Skipper Canteen was the plan from the get-go when they were redesigning that restaurant.
Prior: Offsite most every other years from 1972 - 2000
Most recent: Offsite 2001 & 2003 / ASM 2006 / Offsite 2009 / Poly 2011 / POR 2013 / CR 2014 / GF 2015 / DS Hotel 2017 / BC 2017 / POR 2018

I always thought Liberty Tree Tavern needed a stout drink!

looking back at these posts I see that I never responded. This subject has actually offended me, they should never have allowed alcohol in the Magic Kingdom. This park is for the small children to enjoy and believe in the Magic, get away from the worlds problems and be a child. If an adult cannot give up alcohol for 1 day then they need help seriously and should not be around young children. I know they only sell it inside restaurants, first it was one and now it is numerous.
I personally like my beer, but have no problem holding off for the day and will never have a drink of alcohol in the Magic Kingdom.

Let me reiterate...Liberty Tree Tavern was the spot of the “big one”...the grand daddy total melt down.....I believe the nondrinkers needed one before we got out with the totally exhaust grandson that evening.
