Yes Cathie, the "Doc" does have a lot of knowledge when it comes to Disney. I appreciate his sharing all the information with us. On my old computer before it crashed I had some web sites about Disney that gave a lot of information like the "DOC" gives. I no longer have them and I try very hard not to do as much surfing anymore now that I no longer work. This computer crashes I'm done.

Walt Disney World Dolphin Hotel - The first phase of the Dolphin Hotel room renovations will begin in 2016, with the entire room project currently scheduled to be completed by the end of 2017. The Dolphin Resort lobby will remain open throughout the lobby renovation with minimal impact to resort guests. The project is currently scheduled to begin in spring 2017 for completion by fall 2017.
It was announced yesterday that even though Splash Mountain plans to reopen in time for the holiday season, they plan to close it again in January 2018 to finish the refurbishments that weren't done in time for the holiday season.
