Disney Park Blog reports that when Portobello Country Italian Trattoria in Disney Springs reopens it won't be the same restaurant but will instead been Terralina Crafted Italian. Chef Tony Mantuano (a James Beard Award winner) will be returning to create the new menu while returning Chef Justin Plank runs the kitchen.
The newly name restaurant will resemble an Italian based on Italy's Lake District and will have an open kitchen, dining rooms with ecledtic decor and a new outdoor veranda bar.
The restaurant will be opened for lunch and dinner but the exact opening date has not been released.
The is part of the Levy Restaurant group which also owns Paddlefish and Wolfgang Puck's Grand Cafe and used to own the Wildhorse Saloon when there was Pleasure Island.

Hopefully one day soon we will stay at one of the resorts that uses the boat to Disney Springs, this will make getting there so much nicer and relaxing. We used to do this on our first day at WDW which was so long ago. The resorts we stayed at were the Port Orleans- French Quarter and Riverside (which was Dixie Landings). Will be nice to relive the experience again.
