I love The Hall of Presidents and never miss it.

I don't remember how long it took in 2001 in the same situation. In May they opned it for the week-end while making the animatronic of GW Bush. And so, at least we could see the majority of this attraction.

I do believe this attraction will open again.  I think a part of the delay started back when Disney needed to do the update and include the new President.  There were a lot of people protesting the fact that Trump became President and that Disney said he was going to have a talking role.  I think Disney was trying to figure out what to do to piss off the least amount of people.  In deciding what to do, it delayed the updating which in turn allowed the protests and negative thoughts to subside.

I completely agree with you about the sculptures being torn down.  I am from Virginia (the capital of the Confederacy) and completely don't understand the destroying of the statues.  Those statues are of who we are as a nation and are part of our history and background.  I have done some stupid things in my past but I can't go back and erase them.  It is obviously a big heated decision over here and I completely DON"T understand it but this forum is not the place to talk about it so I will stop now before I say something I probably shouldn't.

There are more then a few people wondering what Trump will say in his speech....😳.

All I know is this is my Grands favorite “show”...I know, at 6 and 7 that interesting...but, I hope it’s open before their next visit. The Muppets little show didn’t really hold their attention as much.

I saw this day that the Hall of Presidents not still open. But I have an alternative. Ten minutes by foot from my home in Paris, there is the grave of Marquis of La Fayette (and his wife) who struggled with Washington. He was not president of the USA (as a French subject of king Louis XVIth), but instrumental in the alliance between France and the "Insurgents" for the independance of the American colonies. So it will be a subsidiary and less costly for transportation !!!

There is so much I'd like to tell everyone but have decided silence is golden.

The Hall of Presidents needs to bring back Lincoln and his speech and only add the figure of a new president.
