What are your main "Go To" resources for planning your Disney trip? I usually go to trusted Disney fanatics, like on this site, WDW Passporters Guide Book and lots of calling the My Disney Experience customer service number.

I go to mostly the main website ( disneyworld.disney.go.com ) and if I need more, than I will chat with a cast member. If I am looking for very specific things then I will two other main sites ( www.allears.com and www.wdwinfo.com ).
Prior: Offsite most every other years from 1972 - 2000
Most recent: Offsite 2001 & 2003 / ASM 2006 / Offsite 2009 / Poly 2011 / POR 2013 / CR 2014 / GF 2015 / DS Hotel 2017 / BC 2017 / POR 2018
Well I reach deep into my brain.....usually it's all there....if it's something newer I will ask a cast member....the concierge at the resort is usually my favorite people....they let you ask the question and off I go....they text me later when they get the answer if they had to check with someone else

I use Kayak App for flights. Dvccalculator app for points needed. Dvcmember.com for Accommodations. Mouseperks+ app and Wdwmenus app for Restaurant discounts and menus. Then my disneyexperience app or .com for ressies and fast passes.
I haven't tried WDWmenus as I typically use allears.com for menus. I totally agree about using mydisneyexperience app or .com for ressies. I think it is a lot easier that way and since they are always improving it, I bet it will get even easier yet.

For those of you that are detail planned for Disney, you probably already do something very similar to this. I know I do. My spreadsheet looks very similar to this but I also include our dining plan credits so I can keep track of how many we have spent and how many are available. This is also a way to see your vacation as a whole compared to the MDE app where you can only view one day at a time.
I think this is a great way for planning. After our trip is planned and we have arrived at WDW, I refer very little to the spreadsheet even though I have it with us because the planning is over and now it is enjoying the day-to-day activities which I then use the MDE app for.
I use most of these sites as well, but I find that for our trip this summer we are going on youtube quite a bit and looking for reviews, locations and specific rides to get a more immersive look.
