I have heard the some Disney restaurants have a super secret items that, if you know what to ask for, they will make for you! One of the items I heard about was located at Roxy in the All Star Movie Resort. It’s a cinnamon bun cheese burger. Though not something I would want, I’m sure that someone there might. Does anyone else have a “not” menu item you know about and would like to share?

I can say I also wouldn't want the cinnamon bun cheese burger. Our son asked at Tony's for a few extra meatballs and they brought a small plate of them which was nice. This isn't anything different like what you mentioned but they don't offer a plate of meatballs either.

There are more secret menu items at All Star Movies than just the Cinnamon Bun and Candied Bacon Cheeseburger. They also have the Poutine with gravy and cheese curds, and Bacon mac n' cheese dog. When you order the "Secret Menu" item at All Star Movies Resort, the manager walks out with a briefcase filled with a viewmaster showing you what the "Secret Menu" items are.
One of the original "Secret Menu" item at WDW is Rice Bowl at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe. This was started around 2015 and as far as I know this item can still be ordered unlike the Secret Nachos.
There is the the Secret Nachos Rio Grande at Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe in Magic Kingdom’s Frontierland. The Secret Nachos were $90 and fed 6 - 8 people. After you order, cast members put on their special cowboy hats and escort you back to a reserved table set with pioneer-style tin plates and checkered napkins. When you sit down, cast members will bring in pitchers of your chosen drinks (non-alcoholic of course), and then the fun begins! Very soon, the whole restaurant walks from the kitchen to your table in a huge parade processional of ringing cowbells and cheers! The huge Nachos are brought your VIP table in a mini covered wagon along with big tins of green and red salsa, and queso. This "Secret Menu" item was discontinued September 30, 2017.
Also back in 2015, Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea quietly created a secret menu item inspired by the Disney Vacation Club. Named Vienna Latte, this drink can be ordered hot or iced and is a sweet blend of espresso, steamed milk, chocolate sauce and vanilla syrup topped with whipped cream. Though this drink was originally designed with Disney Vacation Club members in mind, anyone can order the Vienna Latte at any of the Joffrey’s Coffee & Tea locations all around Walt Disney World.
Then there is the Spiked Dole Whip at Trader Sam's Grog Grotto at Disney's Polynesian Village Resort.
There is also a 10-gallon Challenge Sundae at Whispering Canyon Cafe at Disney's Fort Wilderness. It consists of one scoop each of vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and mint chocolate chip, plus a whole slice of apple pie, a vanilla cupcake, a chocolate cupcake, chocolate brownie, 2 Mickey sugar cookies, banana, pineapples, cherries, Oreos, strawberry sauce, caramel sauce, whipped cream, toasted marshmallows, and pieces of chocolate-covered bacon. I don't know if this is still available or not.
Not really a "Secret Menu" item but you can order 'Ohana bread pudding (which is on the menu at 'Ohana) from Kona Cafe (which is not on the menu at Kona Cafe).
There are also many "Secret Menu" items at Disneyland Resort.

D-Luxe Burger is now offering some "Secret Menu" items. Here’s the secret menu listed on Mobile Order on the MyDisneyExperience app. You can also ask for these items when ordering at the register, but they’re not openly advertised.
just need to remember these or better yet write them down. I'm from the old generation of not using a phone as a computer. I like it this way. Maybe others should give it a try when they are trying to escape from reality and relax some. It is nice, just try it.

I do not use my phone as a computer. I agree...it's a nice escape from reality. I am on the computer at work...I do not want to deal with it at home...only if absolutely necessary.

I'm with you Briarrose, and I totally understand why people do this. The younger generation has grown up with this and it is part of their lives now.
I try to get my daughter to put the phone down and enjoy WDW, it isn't easy.
They miss so much that is happening at that moment.

I agree, sort of, so we strike a compromise: one phone for the group. That person has control of the day - watching our plans, adding new fast passes, looking up wait times & taking extra photos.
I am not anti-phone or anti-computer, but if there is a tool that will get us our food quicker, on a ride quicker, and help us remember everything we wanted to do - I think we should use it...to me it is an easy equation...less time in lines=more time together experiencing it. (I will add the caveat that my son and I know the MDE app like the back of our hand so doing things on the phone might not take that much time compared to other users)
It is also interesting seeing the POV of the person taking photos that day - what they saw and enjoyed & the candid shots. Some of the best parts of the trip have been getting back to the room and reviewing the photos today's person took.

Because of my work, I have to have my phone with me 24-7 but like pvtim, we only carry one phone per group. I carry the phone which as all the info regarding our trip: FP+'s, dining reservations, and monitoring wait times.

Okay, maybe I didn't totally write my response correctly or put in enough explanations. I can totally understand using the phone/computer/IPAD, it makes the vacation so much easier to check on what is happening with your vacation and to change reservations etc. When it is just my wife and I, her flip phone doesn't do all that, LOL and I'm perfectly happy just enjoying the World like I have since 1975. When the ride for our fast passes is down, they send me an email telling me I can use it for other rides. Only I don't open my email until I get home. LOL But when our daughter or son are with us, we are always asking them to check something for us. So the phone comes in very handy. I just cannot understand how they would constantly answer phone calls from friends. When I'm in the World that is what matters and nothing else, I will deal with what happens when I get back to reality. Maybe it's just I don't want to go back and just keep enjoying life.
