Anyone that knows me knows how much I love an Irish Pub and especially Raglan Road Irish Pub and Restaurant. I have lived much closer, my wife and I would be there every weekend and would absolutely be there for St. Patrick's Day celebration. With that being said, YES!!!! Raglan Road is planning a big St. Patrick's Day celebration.

With St. Patrick’s Day falling on a Saturday this year, the festivities will be in full force all weekend long, starting at noon on Friday, March 16, 2018. Thinking of joining the fun?
According to Raglan Road's own website, "The mightiest of mighty Irish festivals, Raglan Road’s Mighty Festival kicks off at 12.00 p.m. Friday March 16 running thru Sunday, March 18. Brace yourselves for a cacophony (big word that) of music so Irish that's it’s more Irish than any other found in this fair land. Throw in (tho not literally please) a troupe of Irish Dancers with more talent in their big toes than most possess in their lifetime and you have the ingredients for an fun, feisty and fantabulous Festival. A Mighty festival. The only Road to the best of Irish is Raglan Road. With sublime Irish food, an enormous range of craft beers and cocktails, a dedicated Irish store, face painting and much much more.
The craic (gaelic for fun) will be mighty at the mightiest of mighty St. Patrick's festivals"
Festival Times:
- Friday, March 16: 12.00 p.m. - 1.00 a.m.
- Saturday, March 17: 10.00 a.m. - 1.00 a.m.
- Sunday, March 18: 10.00 a.m. - 1.00 a.m.

If you love live music, this is your chance to discover incredible Irish entertainment that rivals anything you’ll find on the Emerald Isle. The line-up includes Young Dubliners, dubbed one of Celtic rock’s hardest working bands; well-known U2 tribute band, Elevation, back by popular demand; The Maguires, a family band called “brilliant” by IrishCentral news; Briste, an inspiring all-female trio; The Byrne Brothers, featuring Dempsey (age 8), Finn (age 11) and Luca (age 13) playing alongside their father Tommy; and Reel Republic, hailing from the southwest corner of Ireland. These acclaimed musicians will be joined by The Raglan Roots Coalition and Out the Gap – the pub’s very own house bands, each talented in their own right.
For those who want to step into the action, the Raglan Road Irish Dancers will be performing throughout the weekend and will be teaching traditional Irish dance steps to those willing to learn – no experience necessary! (Tip: wear your dancing shoes; the moves are much more impressive in heels versus flip-flops, based on my experience.)
Of course, an impressive collection of beers, spirits and craft cocktails will be available, ready to pair with exceptional pub grub and more elegant Irish fare. No green beer here, everything is authentically Irish, including the complimentary face-painting artwork … want a shamrock? … that’ll be three leaves (not four – that would be a clover).
On St. Patrick’s Day, March 17, guests will be seated on a first-come, first-served basis with a cover charge of $10 for each guest age 18 and older. Reservations can be booked for other festival days, including brunch, by calling 407-938-0300.
