Disney announced earlier this month that a new food truck was coming to the Marketplace part of Disney Springs. That food truck is called 4R Cantina Barbacoa and it arrived today, August 21, 2018.
“It’s an honor to open the 4R Cantina Barbacoa Food Truck at Disney Springs in the company of so many talented chefs and award-winning restaurants,” said John Rivers, 4R Restaurant Group Founder and CEO. “Our first-ever daily 4R offering at Disney Springs will provide an opportunity for tourists to savor an authentic local brand. It will also give Floridians who know and love our food an all-new 4R experience and chance to enjoy dishes that are not currently available at any of our 4 Rivers Smokehouses."

Choice of filling (Brisket Barbacoa, Nana's Pork Sofrito, Chicken Tinga, Grilled Tri-Tip Steak, Black Beans & Rice), shredded lettuce, guacamole, sour cream, pico de gallo, queso, cilantro, jalapeño and a lime wedge.
Burrito Bowl - $10.99
Choice of filling (Brisket Barbacoa, Nana's Pork Sofrito, Chicken Tinga, Grilled Tri-Tip Steak, Black Beans & Rice), black beans, salsa verde, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream, queso fresco, cilantro, jalapeno, and corn tortilla strips. Served over your choice of rice or lettuce.
