A little off the subject but still has to do with extra Magic Hours. We decided to see the MK fireworks 2 weeks ago, this is something I have not done in over 15 years. I wanted to do the Fairytale Fireworks Cruise but that was stopped and will restart very soon. My problem is being in a crowd and herded together to the buses. I hate the crowded buses but hate the shoulder to shoulder crowd being forced out worse. Anyway, the night we picked to see the fireworks was an extra magic hour night. As we walked up to the security area I was surprised that no long lines were there and none at the Mickey Heads. When we walked through the tunnel to Main Street USA, we found everyone. I had fastpasses for the Mine Train but that must have been down, the fast pass line reached to Pinocchio's. We did Peter Pan and the Haunted Mansion. Went over to the Pirate Ride and that was down. We sat at a table along Main Streets side street and waited for the fireworks. When it ended we headed out and to our surprise most guests didn't head out with us. Our timing for the bus was perfect, got on with no crowd and then sat for 15 minutes while they changed drivers, then waited another 10 minutes so they could pack more than enough guests in. Did I say I hate buses? Anyway, I did the fireworks in the MK after a long break and wish everyone the best who stay for it.
