I have only seen special offers through March / April 2017. Except for military, I haven't seen any that extend any further out. I recommendation would be to call and ask a cast member or receive your room now and then add a package deal once they come out.
Prior: Offsite most every other years from 1972 - 2000
Most recent: Offsite 2001 & 2003 / ASM 2006 / Offsite 2009 / Poly 2011 / POR 2013 / CR 2014 / GF 2015 / DS Hotel 2017 / BC 2017 / POR 2018
Some of the deals I have seen so far, go through April 8th. My week at Disney starts Easter weekend and I went ahead and booked. I've started watching all the sites right now for the deals. And as soon as they hit, I'll call and see how to change my "deal". This is my usual watch site disneyworld.disney.go.com/special-offers/ . I also watch my Disney Visa newsletter because it will send me a heads up before they go public. If anything shows up for May, I can let you know.

Thank you very much for both your replies. I was following the preview Offers very close, foe they ussualy release a new one when the old ones are finished, but this was not the case. The sthing is that I don't like to book in advance because then it takes forever to get someone on the phone to change yor reservation, and sometime I even had to change resort to get free dining!!!! But when I booked through the web first hand, it is a matter of minutes until I get the reservation, offer applied and the resort I want!
And yes, I would appreciate your heads up, usualy the promos go online for everyone after the Visa holders get theirs!

I will say one thing.....when I booked for my son coming down this past Sept we booked early so we could request adjoining rooms.....and then I saw the offers come out so I called and got a cast member fairly quickly on the phone to credit my room rate with the newer offer....one good thing about just putting a deposit down and leaving a balance on the room. Try that one
second star to the right and straight on till morning
I do the same, I book ahead, so I have a room. When specials come out, I call for the discount. This usually works well. The extra money for the deposit goes towards the test of the trip. Keep checking even after the discounts are offered. My March trip offered more of a discount when I went back to check offers. Saved another 300$ on top of the other discount for a villa.

You guys finaly convinced me. I booked my rooms and I'll call as soon as the offers appear.
But, looking at my reservations page, I've noticed that it looks like now you can change the type of offer yourself!
I'm trying to book my rooms for May/2017 and even though most current Offers ended up on Dec 19th and 21st, no new ones have yet been announced?
Does any of you know when are they gonna post them?
Thanks!
Daniel
