Is the Festival of Arts Show new to EPCOT? I read that Biergarten has a dinner special that gives out “Fast Passes” for better seats. I understand the music will be Broadway songs.
Epcot International Festival of the Arts first appeared in 2017. Last the dates of the festival increased because the first event was so popular. Neda and I went in 2017 and had a great time. During the festival, there is a show/music series called Disney on Broadway; similar to Eat to the Beat that is during the Epcot International Food & Wine Festival.
For the Disney on Broadway, there are FastPasses so that you can get front row seating for the shows. When Neda and I were at Epcot two weeks ago, we saw Big Bad Voodoo Daddy play. We didn't have FastPasses but just walked up and got seats (really good seats). The shows are at the America Gardens Theater outside of The American Adventure.
Disney does offer a "Concert Series Dining Package" similar to the Eat-to-the-Beat Concert Series Dining Package. That is likely what you are referring to when you say that the Biergarten gives our "Fast Passes".

Thank you Doc! My husband has given my daughter and I the Christmas gift of a Mother/Daughter Retreat to Disney January 25-27. We are trying to do things that is hard to do with children in tow like the larger roller coaster and maybe a few extras. Biergarten is locked in and now we are interested in the other extras offered during this time.
