The new tower at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort will be call Gran Destino Tower and is planned to open this summer. Along with the tower opening, so will the new rooftop restaurant called Toledo – Tapas, Steak & Seafood. This unique restaurant will offer a menu featuring dishes and small plates inspired by the flavors of Spain. Guests of Toledo will enjoy a surrealistic rooftop dining experience along with classic tapas, steaks, seafood, and delightful desserts.
