There are times that I feel I am the only person that has not been satisfied here....maybe I should give it a second chance?
We tried it in the Summer of 2013, and I will never forget - both my son and I ordered steaks and we both had to send them back twice (my son was happy because he got new orders of Fries each time)! Both times they were so undercooked they were trying to crawl off the plate.
I must however agree- the Grey Stuff is delicious!
PS - That is also when I discovered I do not like French Beer.

As a rule of thumb I give a restaurant three chances before I don't go back again, ever. I did hear when BOG first opened they had to revamp their entire wait staff within a few months.....just not what they were looking for in that atmosphere

(If any of you were there during that time....I apologize).I usually order the Quina salad for lunch b/c it isn't heavy and I really liked it . But, I wanted to try the steaks at WDW, but I'm pretty picky about the way they are cooked. Though, to be honest, I love med rare steaks.

That was what we asked for at BOG and that was how our steaks came so we had no complaints. It is amazing how dish qualities vary from day to day. Every chef cooks things slightly different even though there is this kind of standard.

It took my husband 30 yrs, but he taught me that a great cut of steak only needs to be med rare. I always wanted mine well done with steak sauce. No more! If you say the steak is good at BOG, I might try it for dinner.

Steak well done is a crime to the cow who sacrificed it for you to eat!
Totally agree. However a Pittsburgh Rare cook on a steak is my favorite. Only the best meat cooks can do it. Blackened outside, rare in the middle. I think Shula's might do it.
Ate lunch at BOG in 2015. Food was tasty but I would not say I was "wowed" by it. On the other hand, we were "wowed" by the atmosphere! It was noisy and very crowded, but there was so much to look at! We ate in the library, then enjoyed walking through the other rooms when we finished our meals. Think we'll try for dinner next time.

It is the atmosphere that is the major draw for this restaurant.

According to my daughter, they have revamped the menus at BOG. We have one of the old ones and plan on asking for one of the newly redesigned ones next trip!

Are you referring to change in design of the menu or change in the menu (food) itself?
