Which resorts offer rooms for five people? I know Caribbean Beach Resort has standard rooms that offer a fold down bed to accommodate 5 people. And I'm sure there are more!

I have checked into this and there are 23 resorts that will accomodate 5 adults. Out of 28 Disney resorts that's pretty good. At animal kingdom they have a pullout chair as well as a pullout couch.
I loved Bay Lake Tower cuz the 2 bedroom 2-1/2 bath we had with DVC had master bedroom with a king, spare room with two queen beds and the living room had a sofa pull out to a double bed as well as chair that transformed to a twinned....cool for walking over to Magic Kingdom.....the best trip so far with my family

Art of Animation has family suites which include a bedroom with one queen-size bed; one double-size convertible TableBed; one double-size sleeper sofa; living room; 2 bathrooms and a kitchenette. They advertise that it can accommodate up to 6 people. With the size of you family, this might be your best bet.

Missybee, when our children were small, we had to be Froogle with the money, now it looks like we have to do that again. Anyway, back to your question. We always stayed at Dixie Landings which is now Port Orleans Riverside I believe. they had a trundle bed for the 5th person who was always our son. We couldn't use the value resorts because they would only sleep 4 at that time even if the rooms were the same size. DisneyfanDean would know if they changed this. Port Orleans is nice to take the boat to Disney Springs, very relaxing ride and was never overly packed. If you do a deluxe resort, make sure to request 2 double beds and a sofa bed. One time we booked the Contemporary as a special treat to the kids for one night. This was on the concierge floor, we go to the room and there is a King bed only, my wife calls the front desk and tells them being close is nice but this is to close for what we paid. They found us a room with 2 double and a sofa bed and we ended up with a nicer view of the MK.

I believe almost all the value resorts have Family suites now. I personally know All-Star Music has one....I stayed in it. Very Large and simple, Queen Bed in separate room, a pull-out couch and pull-out chair in livingroom, 2 full baths, and a kitchenette. I would like to stay in Port Orleans sometime, it seems nice.

All stars music and art of animation are the only value resorts with family suites. Booking two connected rooms at the POP will acomodate a lot but it will mean overpaying a lot for just 5 people
