This must be the new Hi-jacked thread. Has anyone checked out the menu for Paddlefish, which took the place of Fulton Crab House? Apps or small plates are about $15 (ok price). Dinner entrees are $25-$50 (not bad price). sides though are ridiculously priced..$15 for mac and cheese side....$8 for small Caesar salad. Looks like the typical seafood restaurant with no real theme. Meat and Seafood. Risotto and Jambalaya and Hawaiian Opah and Colorado Lamb. Menu is all over the place. IMHO, good chefs specialize in specific cultures. I don't know if I want to try it or not with so many other established good restaurants nearby.
I agreed with you when I read the menu. To honest, I kinda felt the same when it was Fulton's Crab House. I thought there was much better seafood places through out WDW that I never tried Fulton's either.

Yeah! I think they're gonna need a hook. My guess is that these expensive restaurants with no real Quality are gonna make more people go to places like the Boathouse just for the thrill. Heck, I could go for a lobster cocktail right now.... Anyone know who's got the best Grass fed prime rib in Disney?

The Yachtsman Steakhouse claims to have grass -fed Prime Rib and I have talked to a lot of people that think The Yachtsman is the best steakhouse on property. The Prime Rib at Shula's is suppose to grass-fed but again I hadn't personally try it. Narcoossee offers a grass-fed filet and New York strip. I haven't been there yet but ask Briarrose as she loves Narcoossee.

Thanks. I'll try the Yachtsman first. We always eat so good in Disney.

You would have to call the individual restaurants to check if their prime ribs are grass-fed or not but here is a list of the restaurants that at least claim they have prime rib...

I really don't want anymore seasons like we experience here in what some call upstate NY. Oh course people upstate call us downstate. I'm willing to try and reason with hurricane season if given the chance.
As long as you have a watch that "just says now", a margarita in your hand, and as long as "the weather channel girl with her perfect weather curls" isn't "talking cold, cold, cold", then you should have no problems "trying to reason with hurricane season".
Doc you figured it out it came from a Jimmy Buffett song LOL

Our favorite is the Yachtsman and to be honest we never tried the others, in the past when we tried other restaurants and became very disappointed, we became creatures of habit and just stay with what we like.

Well, I was gonna book the Yachtsman. til I saw the costs. Just a bit extreme. Maybe not for awhile. I don't ask for grass-fed for organic reasons. It's because it's the most tender. I still have all my real teeth. So far the Strip at Grand Floridian is the most Tender. The Rib Eye at Tutto Italia is the most Flavorful steak to me. I think we'll try the Turf Club. Shula's is on my dream list.

Being that SSR is our home resort, from my experiences there, Turf Club is a hidden gem! I, nor my wife, have ever had a bad meal there!

Oops! At least I didn't start it. I love walking and exploring at Disney Springs.

I didn't know the menu was available.....bums me out cuz they stated it would be "much the same as Fulton's" specializing in the seafood dishes that Fulton's was known and loved for.....time to go to Flying Fish then, their new chef stuck with seafood masterpieces and added a few more but all in the seafood range
second star to the right and straight on till morning
