You need to link to your tickets to your app account. Yes, your tickets are linked to your MDE online but sometimes don't get linked to MDE app. Just relink them.
But when I tried to do that, it tells me that the reservation is already link to an account... I guess in a matter of hours I'm gonna see if everything works for me...
Wll have to book my FP tonight on a 250 miles bus ride home...
Good luck!!!!

dll, if you have not figured it out yet, you need to call and have someone at Disney fix it.
Something like this happened to us and it took a very long phone call to finally fix it. in fact it may have taken several phone calls to finally fix it.
What happened was I would go on the site and try to get reservations while my wife would do the same on her computer. We were using our own accounts, but in todays world once you sign in the Mouse knows who you are, how many live with you and where you live.
They automatically put me on a separate account even thou my wife booked the trip and had me down with her, I wasn't showing up on her itinerary. Since then I do not sign in under my own account to check deals. At least that was the reason we were given for the problem and it sounds reasonable to me.

Luckily for me, this was a lot easier than that. It was just a matter of "you are too early to book" so the system said "no tickets linked" but it meant "no tickets within time frame linked"
I actualy confirmed some things, like starting hour is 7am EST and not 12am
and again, luckily for me, there was only one FP I couldn't get for the hour I wanted, the rest, went really smoothly

Enjoy the flower and garden at EPCOT. The butterfly exhibit is very nice. We have tried for good deals but they just were not that great, instead we are going in October for our favorite - food and wine. May even see some of the other forum members there.
Oh yes... It is the third time I'm going on FLower & Gardens... it is as lovely as it gets. That's why I'm planning so hard on what to do with the kids so they let me enjoy WorldShowcase cause, let's face it, it is not the happiest place on earth for kids

Of course! A WDW fan is a friend by definition
I'll send you my park schedule (for weekends would be better?) so you can check when to tag alone!

EPCOT is a happy place for kids. Future world has more for them to see and do.
World Showcase has Frozen in Norway, need your fast pass here, we usually have no problem getting it after dinner.
Mexico has the Gran Fiesta Tour.
You can get them passports to be stamped at each country, kind of gives them their own world tour.
