I'm not sure where they gave the Children these menu's from, I'm thinking it was Chef Mickey's, (I know this restaurant is still there, I'm thinking the menu isn't). Inside was a removable pair of Goofy egg glasses like the picture on the front.

I think this is from the original Chef Mickey's which used to be a restaurant in what-is-now Disney Springs. At that time, it was a full service restaurant / character dining for breakfast, lunch and dinner. With the remodels of Disney Marketplace, it got moved to the Contemporary Resort where it has been ever since.

Wow, I drink way more coffee than that. I think we spend about $35 @ month on coffee. just at home. not counting coffee bought at WaWa or other places. I should probably research this more for missed savings.
I miss Wawa. None here in the Carolinas
Lol, we have QT!

Skipping the Starbucks and Wawa conversations even though that are great to read ( plus i went to Wawa for lunch today since its right next to my office )
We use to really love Spoodles at the Boardwalk. But then it was changed to Kat Cora's place and now its new again. Spoodles had awesome tapanade , great sangria, but the food was always unique and well done. It was our special family place and we always made a point to visit there. The service was always great too !!

Kat cora was awful. Her attitude was not Disney friendly. Trattoria Al Forno took the spot and they are excellent.
I didn't spend much time at Swan & Dolphin or Boardwalk so never tried much over there
I have found there are some very good places there, not as crowded as some others- Kimono ( Sushi) is one of my new favorites. Also the Fountain is very good as an alternative to Beaches and Cream

I will keep that in mind and we might add those to our "try list".

There is a couple of good places on the Boardwalk.... Big River Grille, Trattoria Al Forno. We usually go there when we are doing a Hollywood Studios day or if we are staying at the boardwalk or beach club. Or if doing Jellyrolls later.

When we Big River Grille in 2011, we had the burgers and the beer flight. For us, the burgers were just burgers and nothing to write home about and the beers were a disappointment. Because of that, we haven't been back since. Maybe we should give it a try again and maybe order something other than burgers.

I found a good dozen of these food "tooth picks" they are plastic and we are not sure where they came from. the design to us is the Polynesian, maybe someone else has a better idea.
