I had posted on the Pandora board about the updated MDE app allowing you to order and pre-pay for your food at one of the new quick service restaurants in Pandora. At that time, only Satu'li Canteen was the only restaurant participating (trial basis). Last week, Disney add this program to Pizzafari.

Yesterday, it was announced that Disney would be adding the following restaurants in the Magic Kingdom to this Mobile Ordering program:

Columbia Harbour House
Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe
Pecos Bill Tall Tale Inn & Cafe
Pinocchio Village Haus
Tomorrowland Terrace Restaurant

As of today, Tomorrowland Terrace will be the first restaurant in the Magic Kingdom accepting the new Mobile Ordering.

To review, Mobile Order is one of the newest updates to My Disney Experience app and it allows you to pre-pay for meals using a credit card (only). After you have placed your order and you have arrived at the restaurant, there is a button in the app that says "I'm here". You click on it and that will notify the kitchen that you are here and to begin to prepare your meal. When your meal is ready, you will be notified on the app and you then go to the special designated window to pick up your meal.

Again, this is only for credit card users. So, if you are on the Disney Dining Plan and want to use a credit from your plan, you will need to wait in the regular line.

Mobile Order addition started with the opening of Pandora and Satu'li Canteen and has since expanded to Pizzafari, Flame tree Barbecue and Restaurantosaurus in Disney's Animal Kingdom and D-Luxe Burger at Disney Springs. More restaurants in the Magic Kingdom will be added later this summer.

It was announced today that Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe is now accepting orders through the MDE Mobile Ordering app. This makes Cosmic Ray's Starlight Cafe the second restaurant in the MK to offer Mobile Ordering to WDW guests.
