I agree with pcs....December is not bad unless you go Christmas / New Year's week. Some of the reasons you gave for why December is bad is mostly only during that week. The first two weeks in December are historically some of the least crowded weeks in all of WDW which would also mean some of the smallest wait times. We were there the second week in December in 2015 and barely waited to ride any rides. Parks typically only close due to capacity during the Christmas / New Year week.

So are you just talking about the end of December? On the point charts, December 1 - 14 is Adventure season which is the lowest points/day for a reservation, then the 15 - 23 are Choice season, the second lowest points/day. After that, not a chance I would use points, but up until that time it is great. The crowds are moderate but we have always done what we wanted to do.

So true especially since you can go every week and therefore can compare crowds week by week. For us that vacation there, we can only compare crowds to other times we have been there.

That's very diplomatic.....but true......like this Thursday Milo and I are going over to ride the train endlessly because it will be down from Jan 9 until sometime in March for refurbishment which to a 3-1/2 year old that's a LONG time! When we leave I'm cruising through Caribbean Beach Resort to get some building ideas relative to pool and bus lines for Missy and family's trip in April

I was there Dec 1-4. It was fairly packed this year for then. On-site Disney rooms were sold out.

Thx Dean for the support on this one.....I think it also just depends on what people are doing, how the economy is at the time....so many factors.....what I do or will do now that I live local has changed from when I came from PA only two or three times a year.....I really wish ya'll lived local too......
